Workout of the Day: Body Mass

I'm on day 9 of an 11 day work stretch and switched it up with a body weight exercise routine today that would work my entire mass while providing a nice pump.  While I've never trained in gymnastics I've always been inspired by their raw strength, muscular development and flexibility.  So at 6:00AM I got in 3 circuits of the following:

1) Air Squat
2) Chin
3) Push Up
4) Lunge
5) Handstand Push Up
6) Chin Row
7) Bench Dip
8) Face Pull
9) Dip

This video is pretty insane, maybe work your way into it ;)
